£ The July CIBA Membership Meeting survived the 100+ degree temperatures in fine style! Elaine Blatt from Onward Oregon did an excellent presentation regarding their proposed legislation – an OREGON INFORMED GROWTH ACT. Meeting participants were very excited about this new tool for communities and many signed up to receive more information. £ Here’s a TIP FOR POTENTIAL RESTAURATEURS: Nadine Grzeskowiak, from the Gluten Free RN, would be happy to talk to anyone interested in opening a restaurant to serve the burgeoning gluten-free customer base.
