£ Let’s FIX OUR FUTURE, CORVALLIS! CIBA, the Corvallis Sustainability Coalition and HOUR Exchange are excited to sponsor a one-night only screening of the new documentary Fixing the Future as part of a national event on Wednesday, July 18. Darkside Cinema will be showing the film at 7:30 p.m. on two screens, admission is $6. In Fixing the Future, PBS Now host David Broncaccio travels across the United States to talk with communities who are focused on supporting local businesses, moving their money to local banks, creating local skills exchanges, and using local currencies. These communities are creating stronger local economies for their residents – and “fixing the future” in their own local area.
