Join us Wednesday, March 31, at 5:30 pm, at Shonnard’s Nursery (6600 SW Philomath Blvd) for yummy treats, great conversation, many opportunities to network, and a chance to learn more about the nursery, landscaping and florist business. Chris Shonnard will also share what his business is doing to “give back” to the community. Bring a friend and have a great time!
£ The 2010 BUY LOCAL FIRST BREAKFAST SERIES will be held this year on May 1, June 5 and July 3. This extremely popular Buy Local event is co-sponsored by CIBA, First Alternative Food Co-op and the Corvallis Odd Fellows. We are recruiting volunteers to help with the event! Last year’s Volunteer Coordinator, Dee Mooney from Footwise, is looking for a co-coordinator this year. The person would need to be available during the Breakfasts to assist volunteers. Contact the CIBA office (541-752-0047; info@corvallisiba.org) for more info or to sign up for other volunteer positions. Would you like to have a table display featuring your business? Sign up for free table space with Peg Obrist at 541-766-2320. Space is limited so don’t delay!
