£ The second BUY LOCAL BREAKFAST took place on June 7th and was a smashing success! If you missed out, not to worry; there will one last opportunity on JULY 5th. It will take place from 7:30am to 9:30am at the Odd Fellows Hall (223 2nd St, Corvallis). These wonderful events are a great showcase for our local independent businesses and run entirely on volunteer efforts. If you are willing to lend a hand you can choose either an early or a late shift to be a greeter, cook, server, or dishwasher. £ CIBA Member and locally-owned radio stations KGAL and KSHO have put together a very generous plan for on-going ADVERTISING impact that every member can consider. They are already running COMMERCIALS about CIBA and locally-owned businesses so be sure to tune in either KSHO at AM 920 or KGAL at AM 1580 to hear the campaign. £ CIBA is excited to announce that THE ROOFTOP AT THE DOWNTOWN AMERICAN DREAM PIZZA is now open for the season, weather permitting. Enjoy a meal under the stars, looking out over downtown! Open 11am-10pm Daily, Friday and Saturday till 11pm.

£ Pre-registration is now open for the COMMUNITY SUSTAINABILITY TOWN HALL MEETING #2. It will be held Wednesday, June 25th at Corvallis High School – 1400 NW Buchanan Avenue. The meeting starts at 6:00pm with registration and snacks. The program and discussion will run from 6:30 to 9:00pm. It is requested that you pre-register at http://www.sustainablecorvallis.org/
