£ The incredible BUY LOCAL BREAKFASTS are back by popular demand and will take place MAY 3rd, JUNE 7th and JULY 5th. The May 3rd breakfast will take place from 7:30am to 9:30am at the Odd Fellows Hall (223 2nd St, Corvallis). These wonderful events are a great showcase for our local independent businesses and run entirely on volunteer efforts. If you are willing to lend a hand you can choose either an early or a late shift to be a greeter, cook, server, or dishwasher. If you are interested in joining in please contact Barbara Ross.

£ You are invited to the 3rd ANNUAL PROSPERITY THAT FITS TOWN HALL MEETING on Monday, April 28, 2008 at the CH2M Hill Alumni Center Ballroom (725 SW 26th St. Corvallis). Your President, Pat Sardell and Pat Lampton of the DCA will be keynote speakers. The event is free and open to the public. Food and refreshments will be served. £ The DCA and LBCC Small Business Development Center are having a SMALL-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR SERIES. April 29th will be “Employers & their Millennial Employees” presented by Alan Fudge and May 6th will be “Succession Planning” presented by Jeanne Smith.
